A Peek at Dyan Garris' Chakra Balancing DVD

Thank you, Ron! I think it's important to let people know, as you've just seen that this is not an instructional DVD, but rather a relaxation DVD. Chakra balance is seen as "work." So is meditation. So, I've just taken the "work' aspect out of it. You relax, you watch and listen, and you've just cleared your energy field. And what's very interesting, even to me, is that it keeps on working long, long after. The DVD comes with a free music CD too. It's Spiritus Sanctus Vol 2, which was nominated for several New Age Reporter awards and stayed on the billboard charts for over a year.
